May Top Three

Well May's over. That was fast. So here we are to talk about my May Must Haves also know as my May Top Three! This month has been a month where I was feeling less inspired by my face. I have adult acne and it's awful but you learn to accept it. Once you've accepted it you have a way more fun playing with makeup.

But I've been rocking a more natural look lately. With help from some new products I purchased! I always set my liquid foundation with a press powder. It's a makeup must in my book. Natural seems to be my fad right now and these products are for sure helping me get that. Loving these products for sure.
The Big Easy Liquid To Powder SPF 35 Foundation by Benefit Cosmetics: I had heard one of my favorite vloggers talk about this stuff. She said she wears in on down days when she just didn't feel like putting on a whole face. I'd been kicking my feet around every time I had seen it in Sephora. I finally told myself to stop dragging my feet and commit already! I felt like such a guy! I suffer from serious commitment issues when it comes to liquid foundation. But as soon as I got the box and saw that it was an oil free non comedogenic I knew I was about to be obsessed. This light weight foundation last a long time and has major coverage. I've been wearing this nonstop since I got it. Trust me if you have skin issues you will love, love, LOVE this!
Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Tinted Pressed Finishing Powder by Tarte: This is fun one. So long story short I have been using the same Tart press powder for about 5 year now. I bought my last press powder last summer. In April I finally started realizing that I needed a new one. Took myself down to Sephora to find out THEY STOPPED MAKING IT! I nearly fainted when they told me. After being in denial for a couple weeks I went back and bought (what I was told) the "upgrade" version. I love this but I feel like that its a bit more sheer than my old tart press powder and SUPER pigmented. Which I love. Just make sure that you blow the excess off the compact! It's really that sheer!
Purity Made Simple by Philosophy: Last month you might have seen that St.Ives facial scrub was on my April Top Three. Well I started using this on a daily basis like I did in high school and college and then I realized that my skin isn't 16-22 year old Kylee skin! So after this small Ah Ha moment, I decided to go down to twice a week. I needed something soft so a friend suggested Purity. I didn't buy the full size bottle at first, I bought the travel size and loved it. It's so fresh and cleans my pours. And it even gets that left over makeup off! Love!

So what is in your May Top Three? Comment below and let me know so that I can try it next month! Who knows maybe your suggestions will make my Top Three next month!
